Long and tiresome weeks.
Hello There!
The first of the last two weeks started pretty great, but then this week felt like a whole month. Got bogged down in both work and family matters, so sadly I didn't get as much as I wanted or could have done. In any case I introduced 3 more Command mechanics.:
1. - "Strafe"
With this, you can order a small plane to strafe the battlefield and hit enemy infantry.
2. - "Bomber"
Advanced version of the Strafe, drops bombs instead
3. - "Artillery"
Same idea as bombing but covers a larger area. I wanted variety because both strafe and ordering a bomber covers a vertical area of the battlefield where as Arty covers a horizontal line.
4. - "Command Targeting"
To facilitate all of the above, the main game manager has a targeting mode similar to building mode. In this mode I recycled the old troop targeting effects. All in all, select a spot and the command ability will be targeted to the tile under it.
5. - "Targeting redone"
As stated in the last update, I changed the targeting to targets within distance. Weighed the pros and cons and landed with this version, feels better to play.
That's all folks, thank you for taking the time as always to read this. For the next update, I'll either finish the panned content, or changed the art of the game to something better. This latter comes from the fact that people seem to visit this page daily. It's not a lot but it's something. However very few people actually download the game. I think people come in, see the screenshots and wander off, so I'll try to make the game look more appealing a bit, we will see.
